2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (i) Provision of landscaping to form defensible space or screening along the southwest side parapet wall to the fifth-floor rear communal roof terrace to proposed Block C. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. In default of agreement the matter(s) in dispute shall be referred to An Bord Pleanála for determination.
