Description

EXPP: This application is best covered under a section 31 exemption, part k. The antenna colour will match the existing chimney screed. The purpose of the installation is to enable ComReg to ensure compliance by operators with paragraph 6 of the planning regulations. The receive only antennas planned for this site will continuously monitor non ionising radiation levels in Dublin city from all licensed operators and ensure that emissions are safe and within the levels established by ICNIRP (International Commission on Non Ionising Radiation Protection).
