4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: b) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide samples of the standing seam metal roofing for the rear return to ensure the highest quality. c) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide details of the proposed rooflights for the rear return, which should be as flush as possible. d) In advance of the works commencing, following careful removal of vegetation, the Applicant is requested to submit good quality photographs and elevation drawings of the party/garden walls identifying any proposed conservation repairs i) The applicant shall submit detailed drawings of the proposed new glazed French Doors from bedroom no. 2 at basement level in advance of the works commencing.
