6. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: (a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Samples of the proposed materials for the new structure. (ii) Detailed methodology for the removal of later cementitious render/repairs and biological growth are to be removed. The methodology shall also include details on repair of the walls beneath and demonstrate that the works will be carried out in line with best conservation practice. (iii) 1:10 detail of how the gap between the historic boundary wall and the proposed structure will be flashed.
