2. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The overhanging element to the front shall be omitted and the front building line of the first floor of the structure shall align with the building line of the ground floor of the structure b. The window to the bathroom at first floor level shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass. c. The window to the storage area at first floor level shall not be floor to ceiling as indicated in the front elevation and shall be reduced in height to reflect the ‘architectural impressions’ submitted in drawing no. 2020-50-F13-101 Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building.
