Description
3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: a) The access road (to the backland sites to the east/north-east) shall be repositioned further north adjacent to the boundary with the dwelling indicated as no. 28D on drawing no. 2018-63-CFI-105 received by the planning authority on 20/09/2023 (requiring removal of the existing hedge). b) The area to the immediate north of the dwelling shall be retained for car parking to serve the dwelling and a vehicular entrance shall be provided off the central access road from Seafield Road West. c) The vehicular entrance and car parking space within the rear private open space shall be omitted. d) Details of landscaping/boundary treatments between the dwelling and access roads shall be provided. e) In place of the vehicular entrance to the rear (south) of the dwelling, the applicant/developer may provide, as required, a solid-gated pedestrian entrance with a height of 1.8m - 2m to facilitate access to bicycle storage, etc. to the rear (south) of the dwelling. f) The eastern facing window at first floor level shall be permanently fitted with opaque glazing. Prior to the commencement of development, a revised site layout and site layout masterplan taking into account the above requirements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority.
