Description

11. The developer shall comply with the following requirements in relation to the childcare facility: (a) Not more than 75% of residential units shall be made available for occupation before completion of the childcare facility unless the developer can demonstrate to the written satisfaction of the planning authority that a childcare facility is not needed.
