2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; (i) Prior to commencement of the use, the applicant/developer/operator shall prepare a Delivery Management Plan for submission to the Planning Authority for written agreement, setting out the following details: a) Information in relation to the management and measures to ensure safe and secure produce and home deliveries at the site and surrounding streets, b) Details for the appointed Delivery Manager to oversee and co-ordinate the plan. The appointed person shall co-ordinate the implementation of the DMP for this development ensuring all occupiers and persons delivering in (produce) and delivering out (home deliveries) comply with the requirements of the DMP, c) Information regarding how it is intended to communicate to all users to the site that no delivery setdown shall take place along Slaney Road or Slaney Close,
