Description

3. A sample panel of the brick finishes proposed shall be erected on site. The Planning Authority shall be notified and an inspection of this panel, by the Planning Authority, shall be facilitated. No brick finishes shall be erected until the written consent of the Planning Authority is obtained for the precise details of the brick finishes proposed. Reason: In the interests of proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
