The development consists of retention of the freestanding 'EPIC' 3D signage located adjacent to the western elevation of the CHQ Building, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 (a protected structure). The signage extends to c. 2.12 metres in height, c.75 metres in length (including plinth) and 0.7 metres in width (c. 1.2 metres including plinth). Total area of signage extends to c. 31.8 sqm.
