Description

3. Prior to commencement of development and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with Dublin City Council. The plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development including a demolition traffic management plan, noise, vibration and dust control measures, wheel washing facilities and construction lighting. The Construction Management Plan shall fully incorporate the recommendations and mitigation measures set out in the Tree Protection Plan and Ecological Impact Assessment submitted with the planning application. Reason: In the interest of protecting amenities, biodiversity and public safety.
