Description

4. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The colour of the E-houses shall match the colour of the permitted ESB sub-station. b) The location of E-house No.1 shall be relocated to align with the front elevation of the ESB sub-station. c) The temporary existing building to the east of the ESB substation shall be removed. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings. Reason: To protect the fabric, character and integrity of the protected structure on the site.
