RETENTION & PERMISSION: Permission for development consisting of the construction of plant, comprising silos and blender, compressor room, cooling tank and pump room, storage, feed conveyors, retaining walls, new palisade fence and gates, the revision of existing entrance and egress and car park layout, together with associated site works.
