3. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be strictly adhered to: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Any new paving shall be carried out in a sustainable manner so that there is no increase in surface water run-off to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022. As no SuDS proposals have been included in the proposal for the management of surface water, the Developer shall agree them in writing with DCC Drainage Division prior to commencement of drainage works.
