2. Prior to the commencement of proposed leisure use the applicant shall submit the following details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) Proposed hours of operation. b) Details of the leisure activities that would occur on the first floor of the building. c) A scheme of sound/acoustic insulation measures with particular regard to the apartments above the first floor. d) Details of the location and design of any signage proposed to be erected or fixed to the building. Reason: In order to safeguard the residential amenities of adjoining properties and the visual amenity of the area.
