3. The Developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Green roof proposed in Once Consultant Engineers Drainage Design Report shall be implemented in full. Full details, including a detailed drawing, shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
