Description

25. Proposals for dusk and dawn bat activity surveys and a bat roost survey of the interior of the former Heidelberg/Miller Building shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: To avoid the injury or death of bats afforded a regime of strict protection under the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC).
