7. The metal guardrails visible above the principal porticos on College Green and Westmoreland Street shall be removed and an alternative more sympathetic method of satisfying safe access requirements in these sensitive locations to avoid any view from the public realm of guard rails above the principal elevations of the Protected Structure shall be proposed. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
