Description

2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) There will be only 1 internally suspended sign located on the Dame St frontage, 1 internally suspended sign located on the Anglesea St frontage and 1 internally suspended sign above the corner entrance. b) The white background to the 3 approved suspended signs shall be replaced with a silver brush steel background (or similar high quality subtle background colour) c) The 2 x 3m high metal lettering signs spanning ground and 1st floor levels shall be permanently omitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
