9. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Division requirements: (ii) Prior to commencement of the development, a revised cycle parking plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. A minimum of 3 no. cycle parking spaces shall be provided for the residential dwelling. A minimum of 5 no. cycle spaces shall be provided for the commercial use. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
