9. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Division requirements: (i) A maximum of 3 no. car parking spaces are hereby permitted, whereby 1 no. space shall be allocated to the residential use and 2 no. parking spaces including 1 no. accessible space shall be allocated to the commercial use. Car parking spaces shall not be sold, rented or otherwise sub-let or leased to other parties. A revised site layout plan/ground floor plan shall be submitted to the planning authority prior to commencement of the development, detailing the revised car parking layout, areas of existing hardstanding to be removed and landscaping measures proposed to prevent overspill parking within the site.
