3. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall carry out an assessment of the impact of noise on the private open spaces on block numbers BA01, BA02 and BA03 the results of which shall be submitted to the planning authority. The developer shall, if required, propose and submit details of mitigation measures to ameliorate any noise issues arising from such assessment to the planning authority for written agreement. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity.
