7. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: c) Servicing access arrangements including during construction works shall not have an adverse impact on LUAS operation and safety. Prior to commencement of development, full plans and details of all servicing access arrangements for the development, including during construction, shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). All deliveries made to the development site, including during the construction phase, shall be made to limit interference with LUAS operations.
