5. The proposed development shall comply with the following : b. The management of surface water as indicated on the drawings submitted are not acceptable. The main points to note in the revised drawings are: i. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. ii. The outfall surface water manhole and the outfall pipe from this development must be constructed in accordance with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0. The outfall manhole shall be located within the final site boundary of the development. iii. The location of the existing public surface water sewer shall be confirmed. c. Full details of the above items shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
