4. The windows serving the first floor bedrooms of the rear extension shall be fitted with privacy blades/fins. The high level window serving the first floor bathroom shall be fitted with permanently obscured glazing. Prior to the commencement of development, details of these window features shall be submitted to the planning authority for agreement in writing. Reason: In the interest of privacy and residential amenity.
