5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (iii) In advance of their removal, a thorough drawing and photographic record of the stalls is to be made. A methodology for their dismantling and removal is to be submitted for approval. The dismantling, removal and reassembly is to be carried out by a skilled joiner with experience in church furniture. The storage location for the items to be removed is to be confirmed in writing – i.e. choir stalls, pews and lectern.
