Description

5. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council; (c) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C522. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. All expenses associated with carrying out the connection work are the responsibility of the developer.
