2. Prior to commencement of development on site, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement to show the following amendment: a) The first floor element extension to the rear shall be set back by circa 1.8 metres in depth, with the omission of the void area. b) The window over the void area at first floor level on the south west elevation shall be omitted. c) The small window to the bedroom at first floor level on the south west elevation shall be omitted. Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining properties.
