Description

8. Prior to the commencement of works above ground level, details of the proposed privacy and wind mitigation screening to the roof terraces shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. The details shall show clearly the position, height and appearance of the screening. The approved details shall be implemented prior to occupation of the development and retained permanently thereafter. Reason: In the interests of the efficient use of land and sustainable development.
