5. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The proposed dormer shall be reduced in size to be no more that 2m in width. b. The proposed widening of the vehicular entrance and associated boundary treatment shall be omitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
