3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: iv) Roof plan locating the proposed kitchen extractor fan together with 1:20 section drawings demonstrating its visibility from ground level and the rear rooms of the main historic structure.
