PROTECTED STRUCTURE / RETENTION PERMISSION: Application for retention permission and permission for development. The development will consist of the following works to the existing two storey dwelling: - Retention of the conversion of the garage and its amalgamation into a kitchen within the existing single storey element to the side of the house; - Removal of part of the previously permitted single storey utility to the rear; - New first floor side extension above the existing single storey kitchen to the side of the house, to create a new two storey side extension; - New part single and part two storey rear extension to the rear of the original house that will include the opening up of the external walls to link this new extension to the original house at ground and first floor level; and - Internal modifications and amendments to the property.
