4. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The proposed surround/fascia (indicated as 01 on the elevation drawing) and the fanlight shall be omitted. b) The signage shall be fixed directly to the front elevation. c) The window and door head shall align with that on the adjacent building no. 2 Molesworth Place. d) Revised drawings illustrating the retention of existing architectural features on the front elevation such as the advanced brickwork, the recess at ground floor level and the plinth shall be submitted. e) If it is considered necessary a conservation rooflight can be provided to bedroom 01 and bedroom 02. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:- Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
