The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: b) The applicant shall note that the proposal for the management of surface water as indicated on the drawings submitted is not acceptable. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the Drainage Division, two revised copies of a detailed site plan showing: I. The surface water management of the development II. The incorporation of Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water.
