2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i) The gas stoves at lower ground and first floor shall be omitted from the programme of works and the associated vent to the first floor room on the front elevation shall not be provided under this planning application. ii) A revised first floor plan be submitted to show the omission of the chamfered entrance corner of the partitioned ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. The new partition walls will more closely replicate the historic arrangement. iii) A 1:50 drawing showing required plumbing services to the master bedroom en suite to first floor plan, illustrating how pipework is to be run, housed and extracted from the building. Any new penetrations through historic fabric shall be clearly illustrated. iv) 1:50 Elevation drawing showing the proposed location of intended units, details on fixing types, number of fixings required and any associated wiring. Details and photographs of the proposed units shall also be submitted.
