Description

2. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit a traffic management plan, which shall address the issues raised by third parties and by Iarnród Éireann, and shall include measures to prevent construction traffic from having to traverse under the height restricted railway bridges in the vicinity of the site and ensure the routes for all high vehicle movements are planned. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development, and protect existing transportation infrastructure.
