5. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements: (iv) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water, with a minimum requirement of a 2/3 stage treatment approach. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. The Sedum roof indicated on Drawing PA01 Site Layout and Roof Plan by AB Architects GC shall be incorporated into the constructed extension.
