3. The proposed uses shall ensure that an active frontage is provided, (b) The area of open space to the side of the western most retail unit in Block 2, shall be walled off to the rear south and form a side yard and bicycle parking area for this retail unit. Revised plans and particulars showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
