2. The following requirements of the Conservation Department shall be strictly adhered to: b) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit revised drawings that show the new bedroom (Bedroom G) to the rear principal room at ground floor omitted from the proposal and replaced with a residents’ café / bar / reading room / library / reception space. This more public use between the front and rear principal rooms shall be provided, as would have been the case in the traditional Georgian town house, with reception rooms at ground floor that are visible from the streetscape.
