Description

1. Provision of steel escape stairs/ gate to front lightwell (previously permitted), with 2. Lower level exit door under stone steps, 3. Lime based re-pointing of front façade including lime finish render returns at steps, 4. New replacement timber sash windows in place of pvc, 5.
