2. The following amendments shall be made: a) The full length wrap-around glazed panels on the front and side elevation of the side extension shall be replaced with a window or corner window, with a cill height to match the existing windows on the front elevation or the proposed window on the side elevation of the dwelling and a render finish beneath the window to match the side extension. b) The external entrance on the rear elevation of the side extension shall be omitted and may be replaced with a window, with a cill height to match the existing window on the rear elevation of the rear extension and a render finish beneath the window to match the side extension. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
