2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments: a) One projecting sign only shall be permitted onto Rathmines Road Lower. b) Details regarding any illumination of the proposed signage shall also be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. Illumination should be discreet, either by concealed neon tube where the fasica details permits or by rear illumination of the individual letters, which is preferable. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
