Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit for agreement. The measures contained in the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit’s Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition should be included as part of this CMP. Reason: for the control of noise, vibration, and air pollution.
