Description

The development will consist of a café external signage above windows on front facade with back lit lettering. All extracted air from the café will pass through a carbon filtration system contained within the building leading to discreet vents in the service yard at the rear of the premises. A condenser for an air conditioning system will be installed in the pre existing plant farm in the service yard at the rear of the premises.
