4. The Applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Planning Authority (Conservation Office) in advance of the respective work packages commencing: f. M&E Services including heating: submit comprehensive information on the proposed heating system and new electrics (switches, socket outlets minimising loss of historic plaster) Confirm sizes of all external and internal vents and submit manufacturers’ information for high-quality vents - to be decorative cast iron where installed in historic external brickwork, and to be as discreet as possible where installed internally. j. Boundary walls: submit survey drawings and cross referenced photographs of all surviving historic fabric within existing boundary walls clearly identifying the materiality and height throughout. Clarify the demarcation between existing wall to be retained and new stepped western boundary wall, and provide elevation of proposed new stepped western boundary wall and capping detail (ref. drawing 2022-35-PA-109).
