Description

4. Prior to commencement of development, a Construction Method Statement in relation to the Dublin Port Tunnel shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority. The method statement shall contain a risk assessment of the works associated with the development for the Dublin Port Tunnel and contain monitoring and mitigation measures for those risks. Reason: To protect existing public transport infrastructure in the area.
