Description

. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit to the Conservation Officer for written approval the following items a) A set of marked-up drawings indicating all proposed conservation repairs to stone, windows, joinery, timber decay, plaster cornices, and render repairs. b) A door schedule clearly indicating all surviving historic doors and proposed repairs to same. Reason: To ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained and that all works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice
