6. Prior to commencement of works, the applicant shall submit to the Transportation Planning Division for written agreement the following: a) Revised Proposed Basement Plan and Proposed Bike Parking Arrangement Plan, incorporating the following revisions: i. Demonstrate consistency in basement layout and bicycle parking layout drawings. ii. Provide a minimum separation distance of 1.8m between all two-tier cycle racks in all bicycle parking stores. iii. Relocate accesses that are immediately adjacent to cycle stands where they obstruct access to cycle stands. iv. Remove Parking Bay No. 49 from location shown in Drawing No. PL1008 -Rev A. b) Submit a Bike Parking Management Plan, indicating how bicycle parking shall be kept secure and accessible. A key/fob access should be required to all bicycle compounds. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
