Description
EXPP: Temporary exemption to planning permission for the site in question, currently authorised for use as a car dealership. Apian propose a four month lease agreement on the land, with plans to carry out a trial of low volume medical deliveries on site. No controlled or dangerous substances will be stored on site. The site will be in operation for a period of three months, and the four month lease includes time to set up and pack away the site. On this site, we plan to temporarily situate a 10ft long, 8ft wide, 8ft high storage container, and a temporary heras fence (not to exceed 2.2m) in a small section of the site for security. No permanent changes will be made to the fabric of the site. the site will routinely be used by 1-2 staff members only, and will not experience any volume of additional traffic to site. All operations will remain within local authority noise ordinances, and only be in operation between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
