5. The following requirements of the planning authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the planning authority prior to the commencement of development: i. The doorway between the entrance hall and front reception room shall not be widened. ii. The width of the opening between the ground floor front reception room and rear living room shall not exceed 3000mm. iii. The window opening in the rear elevation of the ground floor living room shall not be enlarged. iv. The window opening in the rear elevation of the first floor master bedroom shall not be enlarged. v. Confirmation of the proposed double-glazing units to be used, ensuring the proposed units will not detract from the architectural character of the protected structure.
